FAQ & Return Policy

Shipping Charges In The US: 

 

$6 for the first item, $1 for every additional item up to $10 maximum shipping.

Local Pick Up Is Available for customers Local to Spring Hill, TN (IF YOU PURCHASE FROM KIRSTON SMITH ON A LIVE) during business hours 10-2 Monday-Wednesday @ 1035 Parkway Drive 5B Spring Hill, TN 37174 - If you can not pickup during these times you must pay Shipping & Handling. 

If you purchase from a Fashion Consultant you will only be able to use Local Pickup if you are local to that particular Fashion Consultant. 

Return Policy - 

Priss and Pearls Clothing Boutique will accept, for Return, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For Return, within ten (10) days of original purchase. Our inventory changes so often, in order to maintain our fair pricing we must abide by our Refund Policy. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of the date you receive the item.

(IF YOU PURCHASE FROM KIRSTON SMITH) Address to ship back to is 1035 Parkway Drive 5B Spring Hill, TN 37174. You are responsible for all Shipping & Handling Charges - they will not be refunded under any circumstance. 

All Consultants have their own Return Addresses. 

Items must be returned with original tags attached, or must be in original packaging.

On All SALE ITEMS, Cami's, Bralette's, Holiday Items, Shoes and Jewelry there is no Refund or Exchange - FINAL SALE.

How long does it take for you to process an online/live order?

All orders are processed within 72 hours, you will receive updates via email on the status/stage of your order. 

Orders being paid by Paypal Check, will not ship out until payment has cleared.

Do you ship outside of the United States?  

We do Ship to Canada for a $15.00 Shipping & Handling Charge. 

I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?

Once you have added the item to your cart, it's there. You have to contact the consultant to fix that. 

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Why Was My Order Canceled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
